Information
When starting my first online business in 1996, I was a non-technical sales guy who was forced to learn the techy aspects of starting and expanding a business online. Today, I am still not a designer nor a programmer, but can show virtually anyone how to increase leads and sales for their business using the Internet. My joy is sharing in writing the step-by-step methods I've developed over the years as well as the little details that make the big steps work. But also, more recently, I've discovered most people just don't know what they really want or how to get there. So, a portion of my writing time has been in that area.
