It's 1969 and some high school students in a small town decide to oppose a war that makes no sense and promises to set their lives on a different path against their wishes.
Arlynn Lake is a made-up person who makes up people. She spends her time pondering if bananas would kill people if they had legs or playing dress-up with her two weird children. She holds out hope that someone will one day send her a jetpack or a time machine.
