Scott W. Webb holds a B.A. in philosophy from Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois (1981). For the past 18 years, he has been in private practice as a certified colon hygienist, and sometimes hypnotist, in Nashville, Tennessee. Influences include the three major writers edited by Maxwell Perkins: Hemingway, Fitzgerald, Wolfe. Enjoys a good VOICE, as in, Catcher in the Rye, The Moviegoer, and On the Road. Scott read Kerouac and immediately went on the road for two months, living out of his car across the West Coast states, I mean, when age 22.
