Ciaara is a member of the Kabalarian Society and studies the principles aimed at a balance of body, mind, and spirit which strengthens the mind and enhances positive qualities. Ciaara believes that everyone has a choice and that everyone can and will achieve powerful results once change has been implemented. Writing this book has been about what I know for sure in my own life.
Choices for me were difficult because of lack of self-trust and fear of making the wrong decision. As I learn to listen to my inner voice and make choices and realize the good from the choices, I have begun to trust myself more. This is what I know for sure.
