The major influence in my life has been my Mom. I see her hand in so many aspects of my life. I see how she has taught us so patiently. I remember how she nurtured us as children, loved us as people, prepared and expected us to be positive contributing adults. She exemplified what she thought a person should be and how they should face the challenges of life and handle disappointments. She showed us how to be thankful for successes and strive to maintain a proper perspective. She maintained an abundant measure of faith despite the many obstacles and hardships. Even today I am still learning from her.
