S.S.Kingsolver lives in North Georgia with husband Glenn Kingsolver, retired rock and roll musician. She shares her land with daughter, her family and many critters including a Pot Belly Pig named Bill.
She's back to work on her writing and hopes to finish a novel in the next year and wants to publish a book of shorts with hubby Glenn.

Information
I've always had an over-active imagination and ever since I can remember, I've been a huge fan of horror. Today I find writing to be a therapeutic tool with as much healing as hours with a good therapist.
Due to serious lung disease, I had to quit smoking in 1998. These 16 stories are what poured out the first couple of years I fought nicotine cravings. I used writing as a therapeutic tool in my recovery program. My stories contain true life situations distorted enough to make them fun to read.Life is scary and sometimes impossible to face without a little fantasy thrown in to lighten the harsh reality.
The Bamboo Thickett in its original form is a story I wrote and later rewrote with Eric S. Brown and published as Katie.
Slow Suicide is my first published story in the horror genre.
Slow Suicide is the only story related to nicotine, there are other horrors in the world.
