I used to write sci-fi, but I quit when I realized that any original stories had already been done. So I moved on to political fiction with "Burning Books on Fenwick Street", my first novel. But reality overtook my effort and what seemed like satire became all too true. So I turned my attention to a humorous story about an addled sailor and an elusive sea monster. Readers and reviewers seem to like "Key Monster, A Novel of Key West", so a sequel is in the works. With a degree in Journalism, I've spent 40 years as a radio news director, reporter, talk-show host and disk-jockey.
