Mary Carter is a freelance writer and certified American Sign Language interpreter. She’s a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (NYC) and the Rochester Institute of Technology. SUNNYSIDE BLUES is her third novel with Kensington books and was part of a two-book deal. Sunnyside Blues will be released in July of 2009, and her fourth novel about twins separated as toddlers will follow in 2010. SHE’LL TAKE IT, and ACCIDENTALLY ENGAGED, have been translated and published in the UK by Little Black Dress Books, as well as publishing houses in France, Korea, Germany, Indonesia, Turkey, and Thailand. Mary lives, writes, and eavesdrops in New York City.
