Everyone has at least one story to tell. I'm one of those people who has decided to write my stories down and share them.
Background
Information
History records what the establishment wants people to "know" about famous people and pivotal historic events. Historical novels, in general, focus on the famous or the powerful.
But we rarely hear about the ordinary people of ages past, who sometimes lived heroic or tragic lives more interesting than those of the well-known people of their day. What I learned during genealogical studies spurred my desire to tell some of what happened to those ordinary people during their extraordinary times.
In the process of preparing myself to tell those stories, I discovered that I enjoy writing.
