Information
I've been writing for over 25 years, and have been published for 18. My first book came out June of 2006, second in spring of 2008 and this third is expected out in the late summer of 2008. All are YA. One is historical fiction, one is 'literary' fiction and the last is a biography. Major influences - God, Science Fiction, LM Montgomery; LA Alcott; Andre Norton; Robert Heinlein; all the classics; Red Dwarf, Blackadder, Lost, LoR, Connie Willis, Peter Straub.
Accomplishments
Judged a writing contest last winter, was asked to blue pencil at Surrey International Writers Conference, in Surrey BC Canada. Taught workshops there as well as at a local community college.
