Information
L.R.Townson discovered her love for writing as a youth by writing rhymes and poems. After graduating from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in 1995, she began to search for her purpose by traveling from coast to coast. Upon returning to the Washington, D.C. area, she still had not found exactly what her purpose was. Although she continued to write, it wasn’t until her sister encouraged her to submit a synopsis to a publishing company that she was inspired and led to write her debut book "Shattered Dreams.
