Inspiration ... major influence! There are so many that inspire me, and one or two have pulled me out of that dreaded writer's block Hell on more than one occasion. As for the well known poets, I would have to say that Yeats and Shakespear are my two top influences. But I do enjoy the likes of Tennyson, Ovid and Lord Byron. The home poetry collection grows slowly but surely, and there is nothing better than a good poem to read while sipping a good wine.
