My first poetry was as text for music. There is music in poetry as well as beauty. I have learned the importance of words and how they can be used for encouraging and healing. Inspiration has come from a happy marriage, 2 children, grandchildren and other family and friends. I have been dealing with lupus for several years have found strength and a sense of healing through the creation of these poems and hope that readers will find encouragement, inspiration, joy, and peace. It is also my joy to share my books for preschool age children and help them have fun while learning valuable lessons.
