After reading a succession of lousy books that were so called 'best sellers' I decided that if you can't beat 'em, join 'em and penned my first fictional thriller. I am an advisor to the brother of Jordan's King Abdullah II, an inspirational leader. My first book - Desert England - is football themed and based on my own experiences following British football abroad as well as living as an expatriate in the Middle East for nine years.
