I have a BBA degree in finance (minor in Economics) from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. I have been a manager for the Postal Service since 1990, working in various capacities with many different groups of people.  These include: Postmaster Supervisor, Distribution Operations Customer Services Supervisor Operations Support Plant Manager During this same time, I worked as a tax professional for H & R Block.  Currently, I work in as the marketing/tax partner/copywriter for Fishing Webmaster, LLC (web development specialists).  Prior to my employment with the Postal Service I had also worked as a crew leader for teenagers.  Committees:  Labor-Management, Contract Negotiations (two unions over two contracts), Ideas Committee, Management Operations Data Systems, Safety-Health, Breakthrough-Productivity Coordinator, Program Evaluation Guide (Emergency Preparedness) Courses/Training:  Affirmative Action, Sexual Harassment, Injury Compensation, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Labor Relations, Diversity, Equal Employment Opportunities, Violence in the Workplace, Managing Performance and Conflict Resolution, Corporate Messaging, Process Management, Safety Training Observation Program, Highway Contract Route Management, Rural Route Management, and Powerlift.  Trained in copywriting through AWAI.
