Marquette Carney is the author of "Not What I Wanted, But What I Needed" , "Swallow the Moon", and "Love-Exotic or Toxic". Carney is the Founder/CEO of Soul Write Publishing. He is a corporate level healthcare professional that found his passion in writing at an early age. He felt compelled to share a piece of his passion in this book. He is a poet, songwriter, and novelist. This is his sophomore book following release of his debut book of poetry. He was born and raised in West Tennessee to a religious household.
