JM Griffin's latest book, Deader Than Dead, is the seventh novel in the Vinnie Esposito series. The stories take place in Rhode Island and are filled with humor, action, mystery, and quirky characters. Having lived in Rhode Island for many years, JM realized the state was too colorful not to be used as a story backdrop. She lives in the countryside and enjoys the small state, its colorful characters and the polictics involved with them. Having worked with the Providence Police Department, JM has friends in the department tht help when she needs advice on what would happen in any given policwe situation that Vinnie has become embroiled in.
