Growing up I found literature (Tolstoy, Hardy, Dostoevsky etc), poetry (Elliot, Yeats, Houseman), art (Klee, Dubuffet, Pollock, Gauguin) and music (Beethoven, Mahler, Van Morrison, Dylan) as a way of making sense of the insanity around me.
