I was born and grew up in southern Ohio, but I now live in KY .  I married my high school sweetheart in 1996 (I know, sappy, but true!) and he continues to be the great love of my life!  I studied commercial art in college, but have always had a great love for reading and writing.  I wrote mostly poetry in the past, but always made up stories in my head that I wanted to put to paper.  Those attempts I did make were pretty bad, so I took a break from it for awhile.  In 2007, I rediscovered my love for writing, helped along greatly by my husband buying me a laptop.  (I told you, he's great!) My first love for reading is romance, and authors I come back to again and again are: Mary Janice Davidson, Charlaine Harris, and Michele Bardsley.  I also enjoy e-books by Leslie Ann Dennis, Crystal Rain Love, Lisa Pietsch, Brit Blaise, Buffy Christopher, and Paisley Scott. I have a mild obsession with vampires, and possess a pretty large collection of vampire fiction.  My husband is a science fiction buff, and so I also get exposed to alot of that genre through him.  We read ALOT. I currently have a full-time job as an art framer for a large retailer, but I am working towards being able to write full time and possibly start a family. In case you hadn't noticed, I like to stay busy.
