I’ve spent the majority of my life pursuing my creativity and dreams. While I consider my self more of an artist than anything, the venue of writing has, over the last few years, become my primary medium of choice! As part of my journey, I explored many “worlds”, conventional and not so conventional. While I can function very successfully in the conventional world it is the environment of Spirituality and personal growth that calls to me most.  My writing reflects much of my life experience and good fortune to have studied with some of the worlds foremost teachers: Leonard Orr [father of the Rebirthing, Conscious breathing movement], Deepak Chopra [co-founder of the Chopra Centre for Well Being in Carlesbad, California], and most recently Stephen Wolinsky, [founder of Quantum Psychology].   As a certified instructor and practioner of Primordial Sound Meditation, I have been blessed with the opportunity to connect intimately with the playground of eternity and the source of all creation; silence. When I’m successful in the expression of those words, I have the opportunity to paint an image of reality, woven from the threads of eternity.     It is my hope that through the use of words I might elevate and ennoble the lives of others. It is my desire that those words might inspire others to nurture the wisdom of their own Soul; that somehow, I might succeed in making a difference to the life of another through use of those words!
