My poetry book with a twist is available. It's my debut release. I have a passion to write. I've been writing since I was a youngster. I always created skits, wrote poetry, or short stories. I would write poems for holiday programs at my church. But it wasn't until my mother passed away in 2004, that by 2005, I had decided to pursue a writing career. I consider myself a babe in the publishing industry, and my mind set is on sponge. I'm in the learning mode. Major influences in my life, is for one the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Because I know that God enables me with the tenacity and diligence to complete my writing assignments. I know that without my relationship with God, I would be nothing. I just thank God for the chance to have an opportunity to have my voice heard. The road has been long, and not an easy task, but I'm thankful for the endurance. Along with the Word of God as a motivator for me. Also, anyone that is about positive inspiration is a great influence to me. I've met some inspiring Authors and people along my journey that have influenced me greatly. I have some Sistahs in the publishing world that encourage me to step out on faith and to stop sitting on my work.   Of course, I'm influenced by a wonderful family and some true friends that I know love me,  just for me.
