I'm a lifelong resident of the Garden State, grew up in East Rutherford and living now in Lyndhurst with my wife Carin and our miniature schnauzer. Carin is a poet and an artist and designs greeting cards; the schnauzer sleeps a lot and rearranges the cushions on our couch. I've been writing since I learned to read, and taking pictures since the early 1990s. I published my first book, Jersey Shore Facts & Photos, in December of 2007 and my second, Hudson River Lighthouses & History, in February of 2009. I'm currently researching a book about the Connecut coast.
