I am just now getting back in to writings so will post my musings here daily- may be a bit rusty at first. I did this as a major hobby in the past but am more serious now about possibly publishing once I get back to a regular habit and hopefully skills return to me.I am happily married family type of guy and am a director of a charitable organization with my wife worldwide. I am also bipolar and this has been a major influencer and shaper of my life and very person- both negatively and positively- as my focus is strongly an overcomer one. It has caused me to focus myself through writing- and also to become a strong mental health advocate and activist worldwide at this time... mostly working online when not well. This site here affords me the opportunity of expression and a voice - perhaps what i share here will be published soon- and benefit many.

I have several awards for past Volunteer work. I have much advocacy experiences initiated by me and others- anything from initiating clubs to effecting social and political changes through extensive advocacy, lobbying and activism in the past.
