Having healed myself of cancer, I've developed a way of supporting those who come to me to look and feel the best they ever have in their lives!  I acquired a Master's Degree in Nutrition because I believe we cannot truly change ourselves unless we start by changing our eating habits......we cannot build a new and powerful structure with the old "building materials" we relied on in the past.  We need to build new cells in our minds as well as our bodies with new and healthier foods Through hypnotherapy, I am able to access my clients' subconscious to uncover the seed of conflict which is sabotaging their lives.  In that altered state, my client is able to imbed new resolutions for new behaviors.  I have discovered that as soon as we are able to understand the causes for our illnesses and aberrations, we can open our hearts to ourselves.  With newly found information, we can motivate ourselves.....we find that we truly are able to love ourselves and develop compassion for those around us. This work is designed to assist those who are yearning to access the excellence Within in order to have the most fullfilling life imaginable.  It is an integration of Mind, Body and Soul!
