Landreth, is a Texas native and eldest of four. She grew up in the small town of DeLeon. She was married to Darrell Landreth until his death in 2007. She has three children, Georgeanne, Marion and Stanton.  Landreth took writing courses through Writers Digest for short story writing and later novel writing, where she was mentored by authors William G Tapply (Brady Coyne Series) Nan Williams, Michael Garrett (Hot Blood Series) and Charles Chupp (I Got No Reason To Lie).Landreth appeared in several of Sandy Shelton's Poetry Press books, National Arts Society, National Library of Poetry, Sparrowgrass Press Book of Poetry and World of Poetry. She recieved Golden Poet, Bronze and Sliver Poet award from Edie Lou-Cole Foundation and was Editors Choice from International Library of Poetry. Landreth also has schooling in Private Investigating which she attributes to her writing.She has written several novels including My Sin and Silk Stocking Road. After meeting actor, writer, Dirk Benedict and reading his book Confessions of a Kamikaze Cowboy, Landreth became a vegetarian. Landreth recieved schooling from Writer's Digest School, won several Golden and Sliver awards for poetry,won several short story contest and have four books out.Prodcuer Purple Lily Theater a community theater.
