Martial arts introduced me to the 'mind of the master' concept at a young age. After reading Lord of the Rings I married the ideals of Gandalph, Aragorn with that of the martial master.  This ideological path of thinking led me to expanding my martial journey with research into the nature of consciousness. I went to many spiritual events, read books, watched dvds and studied quantum physics, neuro biology and how they connect in consciousness. Essentially I learned how we create our reality. By understanding and applying these simple yet profound truths, anyone can change, affect or create the life they want. That being said, effort is also an ingredient. I wrote the Power of Focus because this knowledge is for everyone. We should have been taught these principles as children - that's how easy this knowledge is to learn. Our education is incomplete without this information, but with it, we have the keys to unlock our deepest insights and more.
