My big black eyes, I was told, cried the entire time. Of course at the time I didn’t know I would have a wonderful life, full of up’s and down’s, but still wonderful. Even though I was born in Iran, London later became my home. I studied travel and tourism management and worked full-time exploring hotels and cities that I would not have seen otherwise. I need to point out that my evident full time job was not my only job. I also worked full time dreaming about being a novelist. So secretly I began taking writing classes. Why secretly you may ask? Well, that’s a long story and perhaps the topic of a future book. Eventually, I could not resist the yearning for a change of scenery, and I moved to southern California to explore new opportunities. There I began a new career in real estate, but most importantly I began my long-lived dream. Four years later, “Torn Apart” was published. Meanwhile, I met a wonderful man, married him and moved to Texas. Eight years and two kids later, I still hadn’t produced the next book. This is not to say that I had stopped thinking about writing. Ideas hovered around like buzzing bees, and scraps of papers filled my bedside table, my car, and my office desk. I just never seemed to have time to put them together.  Now with my children in school, I am delighted to say, “I AM BACK!” After years of delay, my scraps are shaping up into novels.
