I am a mother, wife, author, writer/song-writer, and poet.  My love for writing began at a very early stage in my life.  I would get a piece of paper and start writing whenever something in my life wasn't going the way I thought it should.  Whenever I was confronted with an issue with my family, friends, school or whatever it was that was bothering me, in order to escape, i grabbed my pen and paper and began to write about itl.  Somehow, this would help ease the pain or take away some of the frustration I was dealing with.  My writing career took it's peak when I got older and my children was grown.  I had more time to write and that is what I did.  I write on many different topics,  and in several genres.  The most popular genre I write in is romance, I enjoy  writing  a good love story and figuring out how the ending is going to be.  I also enjoy writing songs in different genres, the words to a good song is always life's experiences that either I or some of my friends, relatives and people I have been acquainted with have gone through and it is fun writing about these life experiences.  My poetry writing is also about my life experiences whenever I wrote a poem.  It woud reflect what had happened to me or what Ihad gone through and liked or disliked and there type of effect it had on me. I  have written a book of poetry.  I reside in the state of Alabama and have seven brothers and a sister.  We are a close family.  Our mom taught us us to always love and respect God and to love and treat each other right, including other people. I attended Birmingham Southern College and majored in Business Administration.  I love traveling and meeting good people, dancing, listening to good music, cooking and eating good foods, also dining at fine restarantss .  I love taking  time to just hang out with my family and friends having  a good time talking about what is going on in our lives.  I enjoy relaxing looking at a good movie on TV and most definetely love reading a good book.
