Background
Information
I became an "accidental" project manager in the early noughties when I was promoted from my regular role. I went on to take professional PRINCE2 and APM project management qualifications and worked in a major blue-chip organisation for 7 years.
In 2010 I decided to make a career change to get a better work-life balance and started out as a freelance writer working from home.
The rise of blogging has enabled me to make a good living from writing about things I love while being at (or close to) home to be near my children.
