Sarah England is a fiction writer based in the UK. Originally a nurse, she then worked in medical sales, specialising in psychiatry - a theme which carries into much of her work.
She had over 160 short stories and serials published in magazines and anthologies before her first novel was published in 2013. Since then, after meeting someone who'd been subjected to ritual satanic abuse, she's written a further twelve books. These are mostly in the genre of occult horror and supernatural thrillers, with the 'Father of Lies' trilogy the most well known. Following on from what was described by hundreds of readers as the most terrifying work they'd ever read, she wrote The Owlmen, The Soprano, Hidden Company, Monkspike, Baba Lenka, Masquerade, Caduceus and Groom Lake. The Witching Hour is a collection of short stories.
Most are available in all formats, including hardback, with the most recent awaiting audio release from Tantor Media. Next project, after the recent release of Groom Lake, will likely be a historical thriller set in the wild moors of Devon, where Sarah now lives.
