I am a happy wife and mother, blissful grandmother, and lifelong devotee of fine books and cinema.  Writing is just like breathing to me.  I sometimes gasp for air but so far I'm still alive. Life has me in a chokehold but the beauty I see everywhere makes it all worthwhile. I ignore the bad and the ugly except when I think I may be able to do something about it. I love blogging and it shows in the diligence with which I ply that trade. I also love animals and small children, especially babies.  I am an unapologetic girly girl ... a clotheshorse, shoe hoarder, hat wearer and generalized glamor puss. You won't see me without earrings. I am Johnny Depp's most ardent fan and will brook no argument on the subject. The one word that best describes me is sarcastic ... no, wait ... romantic. Yes! That's it.    

Absolutely none except for my darling family. And I keep a nice class of blog, I think.
