I am a happy wife and mother, blissful grandmother, and lifelong devotee of fine books and cinema. 

Writing is just like breathing to me.  I sometimes gasp for air but so far I'm still alive.

Life has me in a chokehold but the beauty I see everywhere makes it all worthwhile.

I ignore the bad and the ugly except when I think I may be able to do something about it.

I love blogging and it shows in the diligence with which I ply that trade.

I also love animals and small children, especially babies.
