Over the last 2 years a total of 1500 acrostic poems were amassed, most of which are posted on a personal Weblog called The Bajan Poetry Society.   There was a great focus to make the name Khaidji popular across the Internet, so to this end, many contributions were made across the Blogosphere. All the comments were done in acrostic poetry. The comments soon extended to the local Talk Radio programs where they have been regularly read. A tribute by Khaidji to one of Barbados’ leading literary icons was printed after her recent death in the leading local newspaper.   Khaidji now has global recognition across the Internet and a community blog on the official website of President Barack Obama.
