Using Calgary as a backdrop the author satirizes the self-serving nature of the public as it continues to fatten itself, not only physically, but egotistically as well.
Glendale Morris began writing poetry as a teen and later incorperated his passion to song writing for Horror punk band called Boomslang.
After the band split up Glendale turned to writing not only poetry but novels as well.

My major influences are Jim Morrison, Glen Danzig, , Jack Kerouack, Bob Dillon, The Ramones, The Misfits. Robert Jordan, Anne Rice,Laurell K Hamilton, Stephen King.Ive been inspired by so many people and places Ive encountered throught my journey.
