I have written for newspapers and magazines. I am now working on three books on sales, customer service, and teaching techniques. I am a retired college professor of Business Information Technology, and have worked for the San Diego Community College District from 1988 to 2019. I was also an Adjunct Professor at Grossmont College in El Cajon, California for 20 years, and taught online classes for Virtual Office Assistants.
