Melissa Joy Anderson credits the start of her writing career to authors Patricia Reilly Giff and Judy Blume. She was intrigued with both authors at such a young age. She then went on to adapt to the writings of authors such as Eric Jerome Dickey, Mary Monroe,, and Omar Tyree to name a few. She has always been an avid reader so writing just came natural to her.
Melissa enjoys writing about real life and delivers characters and plots that readers everywhere are able to relate to.
