Information
I'm a new literary nonfiction writer. My story, "A Line in the Sand," is the lead story in Chicken Soup for the African American Women's Soul. My book, You Came Here to Die, Didn't You, chronicles my experiences as a white coed registering black voters in the segregated Deep South in 1965. I thought I had all the answers, but found I was the one with a lot to learn.
