Ever since I was a boy I have loved adventure. When I was eighteen I went by myself to the Middle East and Europe, traveling for around five months and having the time of my life. I have continued to do that for the twenty years following that first trip. Adventure fiction and non-fiction are my favorite types of stories.

I am an English major and former electrician. After many years of working in the electrical trade I decided to break out into an area that allowed me to truly let my creativity express itself. As far as influences I would have to credit my love of adventure stories to the old Walt Disney classics; Swiss Family Robinson, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Kidnapped!, and a host of other adventure stories that I was exposed to as a young boy growing up in the 1960s and 1970s. I was raised as a reader and quickly developed a proficiency for books above my age as well as writing creative stories.
