Her work spicy--with Atlanta flavor!   Tracy gives back to the community by serving on the board of directors for a non-profit organization called All Grown Up Inc., a mentoring program for teenage girls in metro Atlanta.  She also serves as a mentor and speaks regularly to middle and high school girls about self-love, self-esteem, and following their dreams.  Tracy recently spoke at the first Young Women’s Leadership Conference for Essence Magazine in Atlanta on How To Brand Yourself for Success. She was also the guest speaker of the 11th Annual Call To Womanhood Conference held in Atlanta. Tracy was recently listed in the 2007-2008 Honor’s Edition of Cambridge Who’s Who for Empowering Executives, Professionals & Entrepreneurs Around the Globe.
