Bill was in the army for over twenty years and then finally retired in 1969.  After retiring he worked in the computer and communications area in civilian life; namely with companies such as Bunker Ramo Corp, Planning Research Corp, Kentron International, Datapoint Corp, University of Dayton Research Institute, and finally with the US government as an employee with the US Air Force. Bill never planned to be a writer let alone write a narrative non-fiction true crime story.  Bill felt that no one is more qualified than he to write the horrid absolute facts about the murder of his daughter, Monika Luise Rizzo.  His manuscript is complete and he is currently under contract with The Seymour Agency in upstate New York.  At the present time his book has been distributed to several publishing companies by the Seymour Agency.  The "working title" of this book is "The Raw Truth!"  Bill and his wife Monika have lived in San Antiono continuously since 1972.
