Information
The author spent part of his childhood in Dresden Germany during the war where his parents had been deported from Lithuania by the Nazis. After the war he lived in France fore three years where he completed grammar school. He came to Canada as a child attended High school in London Ontario. Participated in the Air Cadet program and received a flying scholarship for a Canadian Private Pilot's license. He joined the R.C.A.F. and was selected as a pilot but decided that military service was not for him and left to attend university.
He joined an international firm and after some promotions within Canada he was transferred to work in Europe, Africa and The Middle East domiciled in Brussels Belgium and later in Paris, France.
Further promotions took him to Chicago U.S.A. to take over responsibilities in South America and later moved to take additional duties on the Board of Directors of a joint venture in Brazil where he lived with his family in Porto Alegre.
Upon returning to Canada he was made controlling director of a number of joint ventures both in the U.S.A. and Canada until retirement.
After retirement he operated a small business in B.C. and after selling it joined as a Consultant to the Business Development Bank of Canada and C.E.S.O. where he worked with the first nations and some overseas assignments when the Soviet Union dissolved in the 1990,s. He became part of a small I.T. company as a president, but had to resign for heath reasons.
The author began writing in early 1990, but the demand on his time was preventing him from dedicating himself to this task, but when he developed cancer and and withdrew from the business life he decided to devote any spare moment to writing.
Now it all depends on his health as to when and how much he can write.

Accomplishments
The author has a number of certificates relating to business. Has been involved in working with the first nations in B.C. Upon retirement he was a consultant for the Business Development Bank of Canada and did some work in eastern Europe in the 1990's to help re-organize a trucking company into a western type of enterprise.
