Background
Information
Robert developed a love for sports at an early age. He played hockey, football, baseball, basketball handball, you name it and he played it. The competitive nature sports brought is what Robert loved and as he got older he turned that love into his life’s work. It wasn’t just the sports themselves that Robert loved though he began loving the science behind the sports and the way athletes trained to be champions. Becoming a trainer then became his lifelong dream. But just putting an athlete through a workout wasn’t enough for him. Robert became well versed in the teachings of the former Soviet Union and how they assigned scientists to their athletes to make them better. This became his passion and soon he was analyzing sports training and athletes in a whole new light. He took what he learned and developed his own training system. He also took influences from Vince Lombardi, Bear Bryant, Tom Coughlin, and John Wooden, men who were seen as pioneers of leading and motivating in their respective sports. With complete dedication in building better athletes from top to bottom Robert has now positioned himself as one of strength and conditioning’s elite trainers.
