I have been writing most of my life but never thought Icould get paid for it until my husband senf two local newspapers my resume and writing samples. They both called me and hired me in the same week! Although I loved writing for the papers, and I still write for two, I wanted to expand. I took a self publishing course , decided to use my 25 years of food service experienceand wrote, published and sold three cookbooks. My husband and I, out of necessity always had "sideline" businesses when we were employed. Those businesses are a main source of income today. My frustration with those who take advantage of people in difficult and dire financial situations prompted me to use my entrepreneurial experience to write, "The Accidental Entrepreneur...30+ Tested Ideas To Boost Your Income...Better Your Life. My interests are always evolving and I am now working on the first in a series of children's books about a puppy who was thrown away, and got a new lease on life when she was adopted by a loving family. I am also working on several e-books with various themes and topics that believe will be of interest to many people...Stay tuned!
