Information
I am a multimedia artist, Creative Arts Therapist, and college teacher focused on creativity as a force for healing and transformation. My life journey led me into many worlds. I trekked alone in the Himalayas for 18 months and lived in virgin jungles of Hawaiian Islands, eating only fruit and wild vegetables. I draw from doctoral study in Psychology and East/West Psychology, years in a contemplative order, cross-cultural adventures, multimedia explorations. and 27 years of Creative Arts Therapy and Expressive Arts college classes.
