Lane R Warenski has been a construction worker, general contractor, building maintenance engineer, director of operations of a hotel and HVAC controls technician. As well as an avid outdoorsman, fisherman and reader. The history of the westward movement of America has always fascinated him. From the explorers and trappers to the cowboys and settlers that first came west. He enjoys sharing his love of history and the mountain west through is writing.

Grizzly Killer: The Making of a Mountain Man was published in April 2016 and is his first novel. Within the first 30 days it made it to the top 100 westerns list in the Kindle store. And at one time in May 2016 was on two of the top 100 lists in the Kindle store and still is in the top 1 % of Kindle sales.
