Poe, Burroughs, Maclean, Dumas...are these authors familiar anymore to people? If not, get busy reading and exploring a new world that's old-world, stories that are timeless - historic yet contemporary. Ok, enough of a plug for those guys, on to me. I write regular fiction (whatever that is), futuristic science fiction, modern sci-fi fiction, fantasy fiction and non-fiction fiction (stuff that might seem real but isn't...perhaps that's regular fiction), but not non-fiction or poetry. I don’t like to admit what state I was born in because people might think I’m a Packers or Badgers fan. I am not. I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Film and Video with a minor in theater from Penn State University. While there, my primary focus of study was screenwriting. Upon graduating, I served in the US Air Force both Active and Reserve. As a Reservist, I worked as a public affairs specialist. While writing articles for the Air Force and a small-town newspaper, I discovered I despised journalistic writing because I hated writing facts. Truths are more important to me.
