Brenda G. Toomer-Frazier attended the schools in the county and went on to obtain a Bachelor degree in Chemistry from South Carolina State University. A few years later, a MBA degree was obtained from the University of Phoenix in Technology Management. At the beginning of her career, she worked in the private sector with the latter years in state and local government.

Information
In this present moral climate that seems to perpetuate the lost of hope in humanity, I have written a book, Commitment, Service and Betrayal. This book highlights a journey through the private sector to state and local municipality. In this journey, I worked to build character, integrity and creditability only to have it challenged in the world of law enforcement and our judicial system. The motivation has been to encourage those who have felt insignificant during life's struggles while being beaten down by those who abuse their power of authority.
