I have more than 30 years of experience as a college admission consultant. I have five children and realized when they were in high school that the college counseling they received from their high school counselors was not adequate.I felt that there was a void and as an educator, I wanted to fill it. I have visited more than 500 colleges and universities, attended many professional conferences, and worked with hundreds of students. I have gathered information through the years and decided to share it with parents to help them as they help their students plan for college. I have always written blogs and articles, but felt that the knowledge I had would fill a book much better.
