In his childhood, Frawley was consumed by the magic of Dumas' Musketeers, and his vengeful Count. Later, into this list of favourites enters Samuel Clemens. No one could weave humour into a heavy-handed social commentary or the darkest of plots in a storyline better than Twain. Then, like Twain, with his ability to observe and examin the collective humanity, H.G. Wells' work had Frawley devouring every word. Together, these giants inspired Frawley's writing.
