I have two masters degree on Foreing Affairs and Political Science. My specific fields are evaluation of public policies in drug trafficking and smuggling. I've work as consultant for the Justice and Public health Ministries in Colombia, as teacher in private universities in Colombia and as research assistant at the European Parliament.
